Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GlowVibe is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
