Refund Policy
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain personal care items (such as opened shampoos or colognes) may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
4. Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
